Abstract
|
|
|
In the Clinical Study on I Case of Patient with Cellulitis, the results were as follows.
1. Cellulitis belong to the cathegory of Ong(è¹) or Bal(Û¡) in Oriental Medicine.
2. The causes of Cellulitis were the overabundance of intense evil heat, the evils of wetness and heat blended to and attack the lower warmer, the insufficiency of Kidney-water and the heat-evil accumulating in the Bladder etc.
3. In the acute period, it could be classified with the insufficiency of Kidney-water¡¤the heat-evil accumulating in the Bladder & the evils of wetness and heat blended to and attack the lower warmer¡¤the stagnatio of vital energy and blood. We could get the effective results by providin the patient with Sunbanghwalmyungyum(à¹Û°üÀÙ¤ëæ) to clear away hea and toxic materials and improve of blood circulation in the former, and Oshintang-Bihaesamsuptang(çéãê÷·ùêºñÇØ߶ã¥÷·) to clear away heat and toxic materials and regulate the ying-energy in the latter.
4. In the recovery period, we could get the effective results by providing the patient with Takrisodokyum(öõ×êá¼Ô¸ëæ) to invigorate vital energy ant eliminate the toxic materials from the body with drugs of strengthening the vital energy and body and drain the pus, and Shipjundaebotang(ä¨îïÓÞÜÍ÷·) to invigorate vital energy and enrich the blood.
